Penne in a Creamy Mushroom Garlic Sauce
Serves 3-5; total cook time thirty minutes to forty-five minutes
1 pound of penne pasta
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
4 gloves of garlic, diced
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
2 cups of sour cream
Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Add salt to taste.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to stove top pan. Add diced garlic, and put on low heat. Allow garlic to simmer in melted butter, constantly stirring.
When water beings boiling add penne pasta.
Once garlic becomes golden in color, turn off heat.
Strain finished pasta in a colandar, do not rinse.
Fold pasta into stove top pan, stirring in Cream of Mushroom soup, the golden brown garlic and sour cream. Continue doing this entire all of the pasta has been folded in. Do not turn on heat.
Add mozzarella cheese.
Serve. And enjoy.
